Leadership

There has been much discussion about leadership and management. Are they the same; are they different? Is it a case of either/or?

In this program, we will examine their relationship to one another – how similar are they and how different? By the end of the program, we will have examined what it takes to be a leader – the characteristic or traits and the behaviors or practices.
