With over 25 years of experience in Luxury Hospitality, Business Consulting, Corporate Training and Social Entrepreneurship, Tinette has successfully created world-class Customer Service, Sales and Leadership training solutions for the most demanding high-profile clients. Known for her values-based leadership practices, she develops strong strategic partnerships and sets the stage for training experts, consultants and speakers of diverse backgrounds to connect with reputable companies.

Tinette graduated with distinction from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School in the United Kingdom, holding a Masters Level Executive Diploma in Global Business. She holds a Certificate for Coaching international students from the Northeastern University in the United States, a Certificate in International Leadership from Silver Trowel Trade Training in Australia, and a Degree in Bachelor of Arts Major in Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines.
