Training the Trainer

A vital competency in the 21st century is learning how to learn. The corporate trainer is a vital role in driving learning in the organization.

It is therefore important that the corporate trainer knows the foundations, principles and methods of learning and teaching. In this way, he can help drive organizational performance by ensuring individual and organizational capability.

In this program, we will equip the corporate and line (technical and non-technical) trainers the requisite competencies in analyzing organizational learning needs which contribute to performance gaps, designing various learning interventions, creating the right learning environment when facilitating and increasing the probabilities of back-on-the-job application.

The program may be taken in three successive days or modular with projects in between modules.
