Ibrahim is an experienced Legal Counsel with a demonstrated history of working in the oil & energy industry, skilled in Energy, Joint Ventures, Legal Writing, Corporate Law, Contract Negotiation, Corporate Governance and Legal Advice. He speaks Portuguese and French.
He worked as Assistant Professor of Law and Economics in a Law School in Angola, served as Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Angolan Oil and Gas Service Companies Association, Legal Counsel in an Oil Refinery and Attorney in a Liquefied Natural Gas Plant.
Ibrahim holds an Executive Diploma (Master’s Level) in Global Business from the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School in the United Kingdom. He completed his Executive Education on Leadership in Corporate Counsel from Harvard Law School, Executive Education on Emerging Leadership from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government and Masters in International Development Administration from the Western Michigan University in the United States of America. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Labor Law and Law Degree from Agostinho Neto University in Angola.
He has been granted Scholarships and Awards by Fullbright Scholarship and Ernst & Young Scholarship for Angolans for his exemplary academic and professional capabilities.
