He served as CFO for reputable companies in the UK and Europe and is an experienced Mentor with a demonstrated history of working in the Information Technology and Services industry for over 30 years.

Mark earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the Henley Business School in the United Kingdom and a Degree in Mathematics (2i Honours) from the University of Liverpool. He is a also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
