Davide is an intercultural trainer and professional. His goal is to be a bridge between East and West, applying his experience and expertise to the fields of Business, Human Resources and IT.

He worked as IT System Administrator for an Italian manufacturing company, and took the role of IT Supervisor for the Chinese subsidiary, becoming the bridge between Italian and Chinese colleagues. This experience allowed him to work side by side with people from a completely different culture, but also to develop his remote team management skills.

Davide is graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language at Donghua University in China, and is certified as Global DISC Licensed Practitioner. He is also attending the China Business Mastery Program of Élite China Academy and the HR for People Manager Specialization of University of Minnesota. During his time in Shanghai, he took part in the Global EBA at Jiao Tong University, a training program covering present and future trends of doing business in China.
