She has a solid background in Administration, Accounting and Finance in the government sector in the Philippines, Singapore and Australia.

Rose graduated with a Degree in Business Administration from Adamson University in the Philippines.

Rose was Ambassador of Answering the Cry of the Poor (ANCOP) in Adelaide Australia in 2018. She is actively involved in Couples for Christ and is into photography, gardening and cooking in her spare time.
