He is a seasoned Sport Psychology Specialist who has worked with athletes and teams in different sports across all ages and performance levels since 2010. His wide and extensive career has focused on the academe (as a teacher, counselor, and administrator in the Philippines and overseas), and the business setting (as a senior executive handling Sales and Marketing for local and multinational companies in the sport and fashion retail industry).

Lee holds a Certificate in Sport Psychology from San Diego University of Integrative Studies, San Diego, CA, USA. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and gained postgraduate units in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Counseling Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University.

He is an entrepreneur and an avid golfer whose passion for the game is ten times more his actual playing skill level.
