Fiel is an expert in consultancy and training on Project Management (including Agile), Quality Management (including Six Sigma), Software Testing, Business Analysis, Object-Oriented and Structured Systems Analysis and Design.

He is an educator (HEI Professional) for Masters in Information Systems and Masters in Information Technology. He served as an IT Pioneer for the adoption and implementation of IT systems and Design Engineer at a mining company.

Fiel earned his Masters in Information Management, Diploma on Strategic Information Systems Management, Diploma on Business Intelligence and Diploma on Knowledge Management from the Asia Pacific College. He is a candidate for the Masters in Business Administration at the De La Salle University and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the Mapúa Institute of Technology. He is a PRC- Licensed Civil Engineer.

Fiel is a Member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Charter President of the Society of Business Intelligence Professionals, a Member of the Society of Knowledge Management Professionals and a Member of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers.
