Mennen’s areas of expertise are Executive Coaching and Leadership, Strategic Planning and Execution, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Project Management, Sales Management, Communication, Presentation Skills and Team Effectiveness.

He has almost 30 years of professional experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, General Management and Professorship. He has served over 100 multinational companies around the world with his consulting expertise. His exceptional performance in the private sector, government and academe have made him a highly effective trainer, keynote speaker and business consultant.

Mennen is pursuing his Doctor of Business Administration degree at the De La Salle University. He earned his Masters in Business Administration from Xavier University, Ateneo De Cagayan, and a degree in Bachelor of Science, Major in Legal Management from the Ateneo De Manila University.

He is an International Training Fellow of Junior Chamber International (JCI), a worldwide federation of young leaders and entrepreneurs. He also serves as Chief Volunteer Coordinator for the Philippine Jesuit Prisons Service Foundation, Inc.
