Sarah Rebecca Gonzaga, or SaRGe, is a seasoned HR and OD consultant with nearly three decades of experience in diverse industries, including government, corporate, and non-profit sectors. Her expertise spans across human resource management, leadership development, organizational development, project management, and communications.

She has a proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs, specializing in areas such as:

• Leadership Development: Facilitating workshops on supervisory and managerial skills.
• Business Communication: Enhancing written and spoken communication proficiency.
• Organizational Development: Implementing strategies for improved performance and culture.
• Train-the-Trainer Programs: Empowering internal trainers to deliver effective sessions.

SaRGe has held leadership positions in prominent organizations where she successfully managed L&D initiatives and teams. She completed her AB Communication Arts degree from the Ateneo de Manila University and passed the Civil Service Professional exam.

During her free time she enjoys reading, traveling, and listening to all kinds of music.
