Arnel is ConsultAsia Global’s Managing Partner in the South Luzon region in the Philippines. His areas of expertise include Process Engineering, Equipment Maintenance Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations and Operations Management. He is the catalyst of change in the manufacturing industry in the Export Processing Zones of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas and Quezon.

He has over 19 years of extensive leadership, management, process and maintenance engineering, and manufacturing operations experience in a highly complex multinational manufacturing industry. He is a seasoned entrepreneur with substantial experience in direct sales / multi-level marketing, and consultancy engaged in training and people development.

He graduated with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technological University of the Philippines – Visayas.
